Yolanda Van Dyck is the founder and Creative Director of Pinkguitar Design Studio. She was born in Scotland, has travelled extensively and lived in England, Holland, Africa and Trinidad. She has an Honours Degree in the Fine Arts from The Alberta College of Art and Design. She graduated with Honours in 1978, and went on to post-graduate studies at the Banff Centre for the Arts.
For the past 30 years she has returned many times to the Leighton Artist Colony at the Banff Centre to work on paintings for future gallery exhibitions. Her art exhibitions and her art dealers have been in New York City, San Francisco, Toronto and Montreal as well as many other cities in North America and Europe.
Yolanda has taken Business, Accounting and Law courses, studied pre-Medicine and Microbiology. Yolanda holds a real estate license and her knowledge of real estate negotiations, personal finance and her experience in renovation, design and residential staging has served her clients well.
Yolanda's early interest in sports: sailing, skiing, skating, track and field, tennis, captaining her volleyball and her basketball teams kept her involved with fitness. As a young woman, a trip down a catwalk began her interest in design and fashion. Her curiosity in nutritious raw meals, healthy lifestyle, fashion, anti-aging practice and fitness all play a special part in the Pinkguitar Design Studio philosophy.
Traveling around the world she collected healthful recipes; bringing culinary delight to her friends and clients. Her aim is to bring to your home and life all that is beautiful, healthy and good for you. Make super-nutritious food choices and live every day at your best in a most beautiful and artful way that is uniquely yours.
